By purchasing any product or service from NET Studies, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Courses
All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to:
- UGC NET Online Courses
- Live Classes
- Recorded Video Lectures
- Mock Test Series
- Digital Study Material
- PYQs
- Practice Tests
are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
Since digital content is delivered immediately after purchase, refunds cannot be issued after course activation or content access, except where required under applicable law.
2. Course Cancellation
Once a course has been successfully enrolled or activated, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted.
Users are encouraged to carefully review course details before making a purchase.
3. Duplicate Payments
If a payment is deducted more than once for the same order due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
Refunds for duplicate transactions are typically processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
4. Failed Transactions
If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your bank account, the amount is generally reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider.

5. Printed Study Material
For printed books and study materials:
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the package and product.
- After verification, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
6. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
7. Promotional Offers
Courses or products purchased during special promotions, discounts, limited-time offers, or bundled packages may not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless otherwise stated.
